A Nocimson is a red hair extension for the anus, usually worn around suppertime. It is a tradition in upstate new york to many families especially those who live in country clubs. It can also be used during the sport of dwarf tossing, as a sign of victory.
I wore my Nocimson to my friends sweet sixteen because I respect her alot.
