Someone who is ignorant and unaware to the outside world and other cultures
Other than hip hop.

Someone who is oblivious to very
different hobbies other than nba2k, smoking hooka, and dressing only to impress, cares only for their image.

A NiggaFresh tend to only wear Jordan's and listen to trap music, only knowing about hip hop and big brand clothing.

A niggafresh will only talk about bitches party's and drama, smokes weed to fit in, and must take care of their haircut everyday, cares only about image and what people think of him/her.
