Nepotism 

Nepotism (the practice among those with power or influence of favouring relatives or friends, especially by giving them jobs.
2. The act of using your power or influence to get good jobs or unfair advantages for members of your own family.

The word originates from the mid 17th century and derives from French népotisme or Italian nepotismo, from nipote ‘nephew’ (with reference to privileges bestowed on the ‘nephews’ of popes, who were in many cases their illegitimate sons).

reverse nepotism

treating non-family/non-relatives (i.e. friends, associates) like gold while regarding family members and relatives as dirt.
After years of putting up with his cousin's reverse nepotism, Brian finally snapped and cut him loose.
The word used to decribe a relative (usually a child) of someone who has been given a job undeservingly.
Comes from "nepotism".
The person is a total slacker where he/she works, but cannot get fired because they have a relative who is in the upper tiers of management there.

nepotistic loans 

Loans made to those who are especially favored for one reason or another.
Of course Kanye got one of them multi-million dollar nepotistic loans, he’s 45’s favorite African American!

nepotism 

Showing someone favoritism because of who their parents or relatives are.
Since the boys father was a very famous actor, the boy got a lot of acting deals.
