noun: vastly unqualified person hired for job they have no business being within a hundred miles of. A dimwitted sychophant - usually related by blood or marriage (See Jared Kushner). Also: One who is blissfully unaware and married to the boss' daughter

Use: Jared Kushner, pushing another losing proposal, proves once again that he is the embodiment of a nepodunce.
