1. (noun) - A redundant forum post whose topic was already covered by a previous one. The more recent the first post was to the second, and the more similar the posts are to each other, the more serious the offense. e.g. "neo!"
2. (verb) - To create a "neo" e.g. "neo'd!"
3. (noun) - A shorthand name for the person, most renowned for creating redundant forum posts on MarkovForums.com, Neothor. e.g. "you noob, Neo!"
4. (adj) - Redundant, unnecessary, or previously covered. e.g. "this thread is so neo!" Note: the Greek word Neos means new or different, neither of which a "neo" is, making for a humorous auto-antonym

1. Modern hip-hop music which emulates or builds upon the sound of 'dusty' 90s rap - people like Griselda, the SLUms

Collective, etc.

2. Hip-hop music from the late 2000s / early 2010s, where enough time has passed for it to be viewed nostalgically by older people, while young people see it as 'dusty' (i.e. antiquated) in comparison to newer releases.

Neo-dixiecrat 

The new type of dixiecrat (old-time racist democrats who were often members of the KKK) who try to sound as if they feel sorry for people of other ethnicities, but end up simply repeating the words of the KKK and white supremacists in nicer fashion.

The neo-dixiecrat told us that showing up to work on time and getting good grades were white privilege, a sneaky way of saying they believed people of color are lazy and stupid.
