1. One who seems to be a natural asshole. 2. Somebody who cannot stop being an asshole.

Guy 1: "did you hear what John did to Mike the other day?"

Guy 2: "no what?"

Guy 1: "He sold Mike's Xbox because Mike wouldn't let him watch Jersey Shore.

Guy 2: "What a nassural."
