Naggy Bracket

A person who always ends a sentence or conversation by moaning, usually it is quite hard to put up with a Naggy Bracket.

Tom: Lets go to the party tonight.
Jill: No, my back is hurting
Ben: Jill, stop being a Naggy Bracket
