Where most NSFW would earn an R rating, NSFEO suggests something gross, rude, or contraversal that would not earn an R rating.

NFEO (NOT FROM/ NEVER FOLD EAST ORLANDO), is a bunch of little kids that claim to be living like that. I disagree that a photo of a woman's back with a knife in her neck is NSFW.

I think it's at best NSFOPW.

NSFE 

(N)SFE stands for (Not) Safe For Exeos and describes if an anime/manga would be suitable for the discord user Exeos#6639 to watch or read.

They are very sensitive when it comes to character deaths in fiction, so they try to avoid any kind of series with deaths of likeable characters who you get to know in more or less detail.

A series is also NSFE if it has a sad ending. Sad and/or very emotional passages within the series are fine, as long as the ending is happy. A good example for this would be Kimi no Na wa.

Examples of NSFE -> Attack on Titan, Akame Ga Kill, Code Geass

Examples of SFE -> Fairy Tail, Love is War, Konosuba
