1. Portmanteau based the Japanese words muchiri (chubby) and chibi (small).

2. A person who is both small/petite AND has a few extra pounds.

Joe: "That muchibi girl is so cuuute!"

Mac: "Even with that little bit of belly, I'd still do her."
