Mod-punk

"Mod-Punks" or Mods, short for modernists, are people whom are influenced by 60's culture. They may wear 60's style attire including suits, dresses, and hair styles from that era.

Mods are not "Modern Day punks" like Green Day or Sum 41.

Mods are in the Punk scene, but not necessarily punks.

Modified Punk Rock; The diversifying of the genre of Punk Rock music; A new wave of a type of rock-'n'-roll in the new millenium, stemming from reaching its peak in the late 1970s and characterized by loud, insistent music and abusive or violent protest lyrics, and whose performers and followers are distinguished by extremes of dress and socially defiant behavior. Such bands like: End of Duhline, No Inside, etc.

Modpunk is the modified alternative to punk rock music. Usually consisting of ambient sounds, harmonies, and awkward time structures. Lyrically, it is no longer just in response to politics, but also life issues and love. Such core bands of this genre are the likes of End of Duhline, No Inside, etc.
Modpunk is short for Modified Punk Rock. The Modern Punk Movement.

Shackteâu

A Shackteau is a humble, weather-beaten, structurally questionable shelter located in a spectacular or highly coveted place—Wales, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, Crested Butte, coastal Maine, the Alps—where the building itself may be worth almost nothing, but the dirt, view, access, and mythology make it absurdly valuable.
In use:
Shackteâu - We thought it was an abandoned shed until the realtor called it a rare alpine Shackteâu with unobstructed views and listed it for $2 million.
