missappropriate

Missappropriate is the state of feeling an appropriate sense of missing someone. When you don't see-- or talk to-- someone for which you have fondness, connection, strong feelings, and deep bond, you Missappropriate them.

Not to be confused with misappropriate, which is to wrongly use funds designated for one purpose for another purpose, usually for ill gain.
Example:
Rachel: I miss Douglas. I love him and enjoy his company, but now I hardly ever see him.

Alan: that's completely Missappropriate, you love him and you feel bonded to him.

Missaphonephobia

When someone is on edge and triggered to immediately grab their phone any time they hear a ringtone – even if it’s somebody else’s nearby.
I really don’t like going out with him these days because he has a bad case of missaphonephobia and can’t concentrate on anyones conversation.

Missaphonephobia

Someone is triggered to lunge for their phone when they hear a ringtone – and often finds it somebody else’s phone ringing which further elevates their anxiety.
I really can’t be in his company anymore because his Missaphonephobia not to miss a phone call makes conversation impossible.
