Mini Project 

This is a term commonly used by lazy people that like to buy themselves time before doing a simple piece of work. The term was originally invented as an alternative to 'business as usual' so that those unable to do these simple pieces of work did not feel small or stupid.

"It is a mini project, it needs requirements. No its not a search, it is an email"
