A person who is generally a bit slow and gross whilst behaving in a dumb way. This should be accompanied by droopy physical features such as a flabby arm or neck. This word originated in England and should be pronounced with a lot of emphasis on the second "m".

A term used to describe a misshapen oversized Caucasian woman (or sometimes man) who make little or no effort to appear attractive in public. Mumpies can be identified by their choices of sporting short leper hair, crocs with socks, and stained oversized Mickey Mouse T-shirts. They can often be found in cities such as Jacksonville, Florida, as well as in Walmarts across the world.
