A "Mifarma" is the other half of a "Crisol". It's part of a pact between two friends meaning that no matter what they will always be there. One person is a Mifarma and the other a Crisol, by giving each other that name you are agreeing to an unconditional friendship which can not be broken by any mean.

Though its origins seem to come from Seville, Spain, in Venezuela it's used in response to something that is weird, unusual or unexpected. It is usually combined with the word "mardita" to accentuate.
Madre: Si no limpias tu cuarto ya te voy a dar tremendo coñazo.
Hijo: Miarma mardita!
