Microviolence 

Also referred to as Microviolent. It refers to a short intense act of violence. Often caused by frustration or anger between two individuals.

Jenn: That table is making me crazy, he's such a jerk!

John: They aren't that bad

Jenn: Shut up John! (she hits him multiple times very hard on the arm)

John: Ouch! That was a quite the outburst of microviolence
