Mexipop 

A shorthand or umbrella term for any refreshing Mexican bottled beer served with a slice of lime, such as Sol or Corona.

'Mexipop' is a term necessitated by the propensity for bars to generally only stock one or the other indiscriminately.

"Hey Karen, if they haven't got any Brooklyn lager, just get me a Mexipop, whatever they've got."
