Meagrant

A pitiful peasant. One who is inadequate for the lowest level of any heirarchy.

Steve: "Hey, lets go to Turkey for vacation"

Brad: "Why, so we have to swindle our way out if being swindled by the meagrants? Nah, lets go to Bora Bora."
