McNugHug 

When you order a double cheeseburger and a 4 piece mcnuggets off the dollar menu, and put the nuggets on the double cheeseburger then top it off with delicious sweet n sour sauce. Similar to a "McGangbang," but without the spiciness. McNugHugs can tend to get a little messy because sometimes the sweet n sour can drip out.

-Dude, i just ate a McNugHug and that shits the bomb!

-That McNugHug got my hands all sticky from the sauce, but holyfuck its good!
