About an hour and a half slower than Eastern Standard Time.

Spencer: Where is Jeff? I thought we all agreed to be here at 10:00?

Ryan: True, but he is on McHale Standard Time (MST), so he won't be here until about 11:30.

Spencer: Oh right, I always forget the conversion.
