A person who is incompetent or an all-around douche. Often an employee of a fast-food restaruant.

A more accurate depiction of the fast "food" chain commonly known as McDonald's. Name derived from the classic Mad TV skit from the series' very first episode in 1995.

I had severe food poisoning and an explosive case of diarrhea after eating at McDumpster's.
