It's simply a calque from English - "motherfucker". It is not popular (if at all existing) in Polish dictionaries. Common translation of "motherfucker" in Polish is:
"skurwysyn" or "sukinsyn".

Matkojebca is a polish word, similar to the motherfucker in english. Isn't very popular, but exists.
