Maksinchuk

Someone or something of complete stupidity, generally a small cranium lacking intelligence. Unable to perform simple tasks and rather than speak words will usually make idiotic noise followed by laughter.

guy #1: What is wrong with him?
guy #2: No clue, hes a complete maksinchuk
guy #3: Yeah hes a tiny headed bitch
