Major Tenth
The act of massaging both of a girl's nipples at the same time with one hand. So named because the distance between the two nipples is roughly equal to the distance of major tenth on the piano.
Natalie would rather have her boyfriend give her a major tenth instead using both his hands, so he can use his free hand for something else at the same time.
