MA 2412 is a hilarious Austrian TV-Show produced for the Austrian public national broadcast station ORF.
The show first aired in 1998 and was canceled in 2002. There are 34 Episodes.

storyline:
The (fictional) bureau of christmas decoration on the outskirts of Vienna is the main location of the show. The leading characters are Ingenieur Breitfuss (Roland Düringer), Herr Weber (Alfred Dorfer), Frau Knackal (Monika Weinzettl) and Herr Claus (Karl Ferdinand Kratzl). All leading actors are also well known Austrian cabaret artists, this fact is a great enrichment for the show.
Basically, the series is a humorous parody of the bureaucracy (red tape) in Austria. All kind of prejudices and stereotypes about government officials are portrayed exaggerated and sarcastically in a very funny way.

It's a pity that the show was cancelled after 34 episodes since it was one of the most inventive and humorous shows in Austrian television ...

The grindset is a contemporary ideology of self-exploitation disguised as strength, deeply tied to the aesthetics of the “sigma male” and to new digital forms of patriarchy. It promotes the idea that human worth depends on productivity, economic success, absolute emotional control, and the ability to work endlessly, turning vulnerability, rest, community, and tenderness into signs of weakness. Beneath its rhetoric of discipline and power often lies a profound inability to relate healthily to pain, fragility, and human interdependence.
“That’s the grindset, brother. While weak men sleep and complain, sigma males stay disciplined, work in silence, suppress emotions, and build power while everyone else wastes time chasing comfort.”
