Lyriphone

VERB: To anonymously send song lyrics to another person's fixed line telephone via the BT text-to-landline service, typically to a colleague. Lyriphoning causes reactions ranging from consternation to hilarity, depending on the particular lyric chosen and potential embarrassment-factor of the phone in question (based on a range of variables: likelihood of someone other than intended recipient picking up, audibility of phone call to others, timeliness of call).

Question: Have you had a good morning?

Answer: Yes, work was pretty dull but had a few lyriphone calls from Dave. Some absolute classics - you should hear Rihanna's "Umbrella" when lyriphoned!

That one friend who gets way too deep into song lyrics and their meanings. Often has their social media timelines filled with lyrics even when they aren't appropriate/don't make sense/have no context
