Lurter

A cross between a lurker and a looter.

A person who lurks by a shop waiting for a riot to start so they can loot a load of stuff.

Person 1: You gonna go in that shop mate?

Person 2: Nah I'm just lurting, a need a new xbox.

Person 1: oh, damn Lurter.
