When one laughs so hard you benefit from it.
Usually, one gains muscle in their core (abs, back, etc)

thus, they are getting exercise from laughing.

Combine the two actions and BAM you have lollercise

The act of audibly laughing for an extended period of time to the point of getting a physical abdominal workout. (Laughing so hard your abs start to hurt).

A : "Hey, wanna go work out at the gym later?"
B : "Nah, I'm feeling pretty lazy today...wanna go see Jackass 3D instead? My friend told me he got some lolercise watching it."
A : "Yeah sure. I needed to work abs today anyway."
