A person who plays the online shooter "Team Fortress 2" as the Scout class, and SOLELY the Scout class while wearing large amounts of Lime Green Paint on their cosmetics. These fellows will usually name their Scatterguns relating to one of the following: "REKT!", "MEATSHOT 8)))" and "anal destroyer"

These buggers will have no fun in games and will kill anything in their path, and will taunt and spam Lennies after every kill.

Wow, that lime scout really ruined the fun I was having on that server as a friendly hoovy!

The green branded scooters that exist in lots of cities around the United States including Washington D.C. They are disliked by some and loved by others. Some people have thrown them into rivers and destroyed them.
