A person who is able to laugh through anything, someone who finds the light in the darkest of times.

Someone who is living their best life, and may even be called an asshole for being so unapologetic.

Also, the metaphorical body part that makes you giggle deep in your soul.

He's truly a laughole, and I love it.

She tickled my laughole and made me forget my worries.
