A name commonly given to the awkward kid that no one talks to in middle school. It is used as offensive term towards said person. (Pronounced Luh-Dick)

Person 1: "Who's that person over there in the corner crying?"

Person 2: "Oh him, don't talk to him he's a total Ladich."

A term used to describe a scenario or person. It is of the highest compliment to be named 'ladical'. It combines the ordinary terms of lad and radical to create a word so powerful and desirable.
