A small town in Central Pennsylvania. It has one red light, two gas stations and a lot of uneducated people. The only excitement is drinking a large consumption of alcohol at the nearby bar "Cooney's".

a really small town in southern Mississippi thats very boring....... Not a place to live or visit....... Nobody's ever heard of it except for maybe their football team who goes a few rounds in playoffs but except for that its a blank spot on the map...

A sunburn or suntan focused on the left arm. It is caused by the left side of the body being the only half that gets exposed to sunlight while driving. Presumably, it would be located on the right side of the body in countries where they drive on the left side of the road.
