An avid listener to an inane radio show. Someone who knows their IQs are dropping everytime they listen, but already has lost so much intelligence already, that they're too stupid now to save themselves from further harm.

Guy1: "Hey, did you hear Limbaugh today? He was almost making sense!"

Guy 2: "No man, if you listen to that crap, you'll turn into a total kramptard".

Guy1: "Guess I'll go listen to blogtalk radio now!"
