Par-Kour 

parkour is the art of movement and the ability to get from point a to point b as quickly and efficiently as possible.

to do this usually involves scaling walls, vaulting fences, running. its kind of like free running if you know what that is. except par-kour has a goal in mind while free running is just running around doing whatever.
