A last name with a Dutch origin. There are not very many people with this last name, somewhere around 2,000. The K is not pronounced, just like every other English word that starts with "Kn", but people still seem to mispronounce it. Teachers are usually the best at butchering its pronunciation.

Kneeples

A condition inherent to older women (and some men along with a few younger fat people)
that causes one's mammary glands to gravitate to their thighs, therefore causing the nipples to
chafe one's knees.
Man 1: Why is that woman's knee all pink?
Man 2: Bad case of Kneeples, Merle. Take my picture with it!
