When a person, usually of mediocre fame, makes a show of indignation, especially by crying, over some self-proclaimed injustice on a public platform in an attempt to manipulate their audience into supporting, or at least reject those who oppose, their ideology.

Jimmy Kimmel is a crybaby. When an adult male cries over an imaginary social injustice, that's called "kimmeling".
