usually meaning stupid or dumb. can be used as unusual or weird etc.

Boy: Girl you so kiga. I want a smart chick!

or

Girl: Man projects are so gay. i hate them!

Other Girl: Instead of using gay use kiga! Gay is not stupid or dumb, Kiga is!

Girl: Man, projects are so kiga. I hate them.
