Katho

Short for Kathozoa noun (from the Greek words kathos, meaning "like", and zoa, meaning "animals") A human with animal-like characteristics. Similar to an anthro.
Ichigo Momomiya or Zoey Hanson in the English dub of Tokyo Mew Mew (Mew Mew Power) is an example of a Katho (She is also known as a nekomimi or catgirl).

A human character with animal like features, such as ears or tails. They can also have animal like behaviors. (I.E. cat like kathos might have a exceptional liking to fish.)
