Kai Anderson, played by Evan Peters, is bat-shit crazy 30-year-old who somehow believes he will ascend being a city council member to the president of the United States. He is American Horror Story's seventh season, Cult, and is actually a pretty well thought out character, he's just legit insane. It makes him kinda hot tho cuz like please dominate meeee.
