When there are so many patients waiting in the emergency department for their lab tests and xrays that the internal processes of the ER get backed up and the waiting room gets impacted with patients.

Doctor 1: Why is the waiting room of the ER so crowded?

Doctor 2: All the bays and rooms have patients waiting for their CT scan results. The radiology department is overwhelmed.

Doctor 1: Wow....sounds like another case of KAHNstipation.

Kinstipation

A situation in which relatives who are visiting tend to stay on and don't seem to leave.

Bruce's Uncle Joe and Aunt Mindy were initially supposed to visit for a couple of days, but it was almost a month and they showed no signs of leaving anytime soon. His wife Sue was worried as it it looked like a clear case of kinstipation.

Khanstipation

Da "gut-clenching distress" dat Captain Kirk's chief nemesis feels anytime he is defeated.

If Mr. Noonien Singh truly gets major bouts of "khanstipation" anytime things don't go his way, maybe he should "pack some Ex-Lack" --- I mean, "packs some Ex-Lax" --- whatever! What I'm saying is dat he should be sure to have a supply of either prune juice or stool-softener meds with him at all times to ingest as needed, so dat he doesn't feel such strong urges to "pop his cork".
