Jolene Van Vugt

the following is taken directly from her bio section of her official website:

"At the young age of 28 Jolene Van Vugt has established herself as one of the most accomplished female athletes in action sports today. Her incredible and ongoing lists of accomplishments include becoming the first CMRC Women’s Canadian Motocross National Champion, first female to backflip a full-sized dirt bike, holder of multiple Guinness World Records, and co-star of many motocross/stunt videos...

In 2006 Jolene would have a large part in creating the Canadian Women’s National Championship’s, a coast-to-coast national series that would mirror the opportunities of the WMA in the U.S. She would commemorate the event by winning the series and becoming the first Canadian Women’s National Champion.

2006 ... the first female to backflip a full-sized dirt bike ...

The milestone backflips and other stunts performed at the Pastrana compound would be featured in the popular Nitro Circus video series, and open many doors for the young talent. Such as being the first female to take part in the Masters Of Dirt Freestyle Show in Austria, and be featured in the MTV television show Nitro Circus..."
Jolene Van Vugt has the most defined midsection of any natural athlete. She is a professional stuntperson whose accomplishments are often referred to without reference to her gender, because of her ability to be recognized at or above the level of her male colleagues. She is a role model, inspiration, and pioneer without equal.

Stealthie

when you're holding up your phone and making faces at it, as though you are taking a selfie, but you're really taking a picture of the person across from you or the wall or anything else that seems interesting but you don't want to be caught dead taking a picture of.

This action is often made more convincing by wiggling the eyebrows or opening the mouth, to pretend you're trying to get a Snapchat filter to work.
FRIEND A: "Did you just take a stealthie of me?"

FRIEND B (turning phone around): "no I was just using snapchat's new filter, see?"

The grindset is a contemporary ideology of self-exploitation disguised as strength, deeply tied to the aesthetics of the “sigma male” and to new digital forms of patriarchy. It promotes the idea that human worth depends on productivity, economic success, absolute emotional control, and the ability to work endlessly, turning vulnerability, rest, community, and tenderness into signs of weakness. Beneath its rhetoric of discipline and power often lies a profound inability to relate healthily to pain, fragility, and human interdependence.
“That’s the grindset, brother. While weak men sleep and complain, sigma males stay disciplined, work in silence, suppress emotions, and build power while everyone else wastes time chasing comfort.”

An Irish phrase meaning shit, derived from ass
(Not to be confused with the literal description of one's buttocks)
"Did you hear the song Aylek$ dropped?"
"Hardly. Her music is absolute cheeks."

"My boyfriend say LaFlame is cheeks."
"Tell your boyfriend I said it's his mixtape that's cheeks."
