A chill and reserve person, at first glance he may seem serious and cold but actually is a very nice person who loves to make people laugh, even if it's at his own expense. Unfortunately, they can have a very kind nature that is easily exploited, due to people taking advantage, he may have severe trust issues with even the closest of friends and family. Usually very humble and closed off, they don't like to wander too far from their comfort zone. Once you get to know them though, they can be very good friends for life who'll help you in your times of need.

A joepert is a person who defends the choices he or she made after they prove to be bad decisions. They will often go to great lengths and convoluted explanations to convince people that the choice they made was correct although they are already suffering from the negative effects.

He told his wife that she was fat. He still thinks it was the right thing to do even though he now lives on the street. He is such a joepert.

Similar to the observer effect in physics, the very act of one person saying they will attend an event can cause all other people who were going to attend to change their minds. Has been known to ruin entire parties.

Joemer is a person who isn't afraid too express how they feel. Often very sexy, independent, flirty, and down too earth until you get on their bad side. Joemer is someone who loves unconditionally for someone he really cares about. he goes out his way too listen too others personal issues too give out advice from his own personal past experiences. Joemer often has a different kind of mindset that you couldn't mind anywhere else. Joemer's maturity level is often shown threw the words he speaks and his actions come too show. Joemer fights for what/who he wants and won't stop until he gets it, he doesn't give up easy, he will wait a thousand years for someone he truly sees himself with. May have a bit of attitude or maybe ALOT with some anger issues because of his past but he always seems too find the positive side of things.
I find Joemer too be very intelligent.

Joemer is someone I'd look for in a person because he can be there for me emotionally, physically, financially, and care for me no matter what.
