Ji-riki

A term in karate which refers to the power of each individual that emanates from within oneself. Miyamoto Mushashi (a famous expert swordsman and ronin) believed that ji-riki could be cultivated and empowered through constant effort and training.

You can cultivate ji-riki once you have trained with passion and discipline, but you must continue to do so every day.
