Jassassin 

A Joke Assassin. Someone who interjects with a joke that completely kills the vibe of funny that is usually associated with a circle of friends that are joking around.

Can also be used when cracking jokes on someone who in turn takes it too literal and repeatedly ensures jokers that he wouldn't be or do what the Joking was about.

George: Gerald is always looking at zombie stuff.
Mike: I know, he'd totally make love with a zombie if he could.
George: I know, right! (Laughter)
Gerald: I would totally not make out with a zombie, she would bite me and turn me.
Mike: There you go again, Jassassin.

A female with a terrible disposition.

Frank is proud that he no longer has to take viagra. But I think that the credit should go to his new girlfriend. She has an incredibly pleasant disposition and she's not an erection assassin!

Character Assassination

Character Assassination is the act of attempting to influence the portrayal or reputation of a particular person, causing others to develop an extremely negative perception of him/her. By its nature, it involves deliberate exaggeration or manipulation of facts to present an untrue picture of the targeted person.

Basically, it is spreading rumours and talking bad about somebody, to make people hate them.

1. I'm just another victim of Character Assassination.

2. The media and politicians are Character Assassins.

Spitting rhymes just like bullets, as to murder the competition.

Assassination classroom is a show about this creature known as Korosensei, a unknown creature that destroyed about 70% of the moon. Korosensei also wants to destroy the earth a year later but before he does, he wants to teach a class of the middle schoo under achievers. The organization holding him soon allowed him to work at the school and telling the students it is their job to assassinate their teacher within a year to receive a great deal of cash. This, being their only chance to make a name for themselves, they agree and begin trying to murder their teacher while he teaches the students normal everyday subjects.

social assassin 

An unabashedly blunt person who is your go-to man to convey to a friend, relative, spouse, lover or acquaintance that they consistently do something that is so very annoying.
This term was used by Jeff Garlin to describe Larry David in Season 8 of Curb your Enthusiasm when Larry is propositioned by a friend to tell his wife that her using the expression "LOL" is extremely annoying.

Dave - How can I tell Claudia that her breath smells so bad that I can't even give her a ride home after class?
Tim - Jose will take care of that for a bill. He's a social assassin.
