Junky. An object, person named Benjamin Bitner, or car can be jankkety.

An examble of a person would be someone who throws away all the actual work to their math test and receives no credit (see: Benjamin Bitner).

Usage: that {insert noun, ex: Benjamin Bitner} is hella jankkety.
