3. To steal a penguin from it's owner/family from right in front of them and watching them frantically search about while you almost die from hysterical laughter

1. "Hey! You jacked my penguin!"

2. "Ew! He's jacking a penguin"

3. Person 1 "Hey where's my penguin gone?!?!? Gah! Someone Jacked it!!"

Person 2 "lol"

4. "He's jacking a penguin? Ew..."
