Typically from the Polynesian islands like Tonga, Cook Islands, Fiji, Vanuatu and Samoa an island boy is considered someone who does sexual favours handjobs and blowjobs in exchange for money, favours or protection from Polynesian/Island men.

Block island boys are special. They’ve grown up on the Rhode Island beaches with the sand between their toes and the salty air in their hair.
