Takes frequent naps in their van, then signs off on fraudulent paperwork, coercing their clients to do the same "so they can get out of here." Usually tests a maximum of 10% of a system, then fails random devices to give the appearance of actual integrity. Shows up to sites ridiculously early to catch a few Zzs before "work." Standard dress is boat shoes and shorts, but often can be seen doing nothing wearing jeans. Lead by Inspector Prime.
