There's only one Ielac you can know your whole life. They are very chill, private, and minds their own business. Adding to their looks, they are the most fun to hang out with, and the best shoulder you can cry on. You're very lucky to have this person in your life as this person has the biggest heart once you get to know them. Especially romantically, they would put you first, their one and only, and would make themselves vulnerable only to their partner. Ielacs have gone through the worst but still manages to make people laugh, and make people in their life feel like they are loved. Patience and caring is a must for them since they are a bit fragile and should be handled with care. Once they talk about their past problems, you will love them more seeing how strong they are. They are not ones to have one night stands with, they are the type of ones who will stay with you until your last breath. Just don't act like you didn't do anything wrong, they will put you in your place.

His activity, I Am Lovable And Capable, was developed to help children not put themselves down and learn to value themselves. He later wrote a book by that title. The activity has become so popular that so many people have 'borrowed' it (read "plagiarized") that they've separated his name and authorship from the material. He is still actively conducting trainings all over the US. Because the metaphor in the exercise is a SIGN with the IALAC letters on it, people say, "He ripped my sign" when they mean "he hurt my feelings."
