An expression following someone’s statement. Usually used as sarcasm, a reaction to something funny, in a condescending manner, or scoffing.
Jessica: “Damn, this time I’m only buying the essentials. No more fucking cigarettes.”
Lena: “I’m sure! You always get some L&Ms, don’t lie.”

Jessica: *comments* “I’m sure!! I look like a fat hog!”
