Hutongster 

A hutongster is a Westerner who has moved into one of Beijing's historic Hutong believing they are living the latest vogue. They're China's version of London's yuppies in the 1980s. They're direct descendents of homo sapiens and a close cousin of trustafarians, a name given to rich kids who live off daddy's trust fund while smoking marijuana all day with little desire to work in the real world.
A true hutongster has normally spent a "summer" working for a small NGO saving wombats in Africa and now works in the media industry harboring delusions that their memoirs of being the first trendsetter to live in a hutong will be original.

Humonster

A human whom happens to be a completely evil monster, or a monster in a human body, if you prefer.
Some types of humonsters are: Psychopaths, sociopaths, pedophiles, animal abusers, Nazis, terrorists, rapists, serial killers, abusive parents, spouses, relatives and partners, and hate groups.
Anyone who doesn't care about hurting others, hurts innocents for their own pleasure, or exploits people who are innocent or defenseless, could be considered a humonster. Humonsters brutalize INNOCENT people. Doing these things to someone who deserves it does NOT make you a humonster.

Person A: I feel bad for my friends who have abusive parents... Monsters in human bodies.
Person B: Yeah, their parents are humonsters.

Hungsterthing 

When someone tries to dodge every social event by delaying their decision until they run out of time and then they start whining and saying that they wanted to go, but due to some made-up circumstances weren't able to.

Anyone: How about going to the ZOO?
Hung: Yeah, great idea, let's go next month!
*a month later*
A: Ok, lets go
H: Oh no, I soooo wanted to go, but unfortunately... the dolphins got killed yesterday.
